Your account
Provide accurate registration details and do not share your password or session. Other players may see your username and in-game profile information. Accounts for children under 13 require verified parental consent. A single-use registration code is issued after the parent verification call and information process. Free-text chat, voice communication, photo sharing and random boxes are disabled for child accounts. If you are under 18, review these terms with your parent or legal guardian.
Playing safely together
Cheating, harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud and sharing other people's content without permission are prohibited. Do not share real addresses, phone numbers, passwords or private photos in chat. Block players who bother you and report them to support. Content that violates the rules may be removed and accounts may be restricted in proportion to the violation. You may appeal by contacting support.
In-game items and prices
Ownership of accounts, characters, weapons, outfits or virtual currencies is not transferred to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the game and digital content for personal, non-commercial play. You may exercise this right while your account is valid and the relevant content remains available as part of the service, subject to these terms and mandatory law. Third-party components distributed under open licenses retain their own license terms.
Virtual assets are not legal tender, investments or a right to demand cash outside the game. They cannot be exchanged for real money through the game; repurchase or profit is not guaranteed. Selling or transferring them outside the game, or trading accounts, is prohibited. Paying for content does not remove applicable consumer or refund rights; these terms therefore do not claim that digital content has no legal value.
Before purchasing, check the price, contents and features displayed on screen. Balance updates may be made; significant changes will be communicated appropriately. This does not authorize arbitrary removal of purchased rights or refusal of mandatory refunds. When real-money purchases are enabled, payment and refund terms will be displayed separately before purchase.
Account restrictions and termination
Cheating, account or payment fraud, security attacks, harassment, or serious or repeated rule violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension or permanent account closure. Measures will be proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation. Except where urgent security measures or legal obligations require otherwise, you will be told the reason and how to appeal. You may request a review at crystalwarguardians@gmail.com. Closure may end access to game progress and virtual content. Mandatory consumer, refund, data protection and judicial remedies remain available.
As-is availability and service continuity
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided with its current functions on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free operation or equal performance on every device. Maintenance, connection problems, cyberattacks or technical faults may cause temporary outages, transaction errors or loss of progress or data. Our reasonable security, maintenance and data protection duties continue to apply; this statement does not waive those duties.
Limitation of liability
Only to the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited for indirect losses, lost anticipated profits and business interruption claimed in connection with access or inability to access the game, technical faults, server outages or data loss. Fault, causation and statutory liability rules apply in each case. These terms do not create unconditional exclusion of liability for all losses.
Liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury, mandatory consumer and personal data protection rights, and other liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded are outside this limitation. Mandatory rights concerning defective goods or services, refunds and applications to competent authorities are not restricted. An invalid provision does not automatically invalidate the remaining provisions.
Account deletion and contact
You may start a deletion request through Delete My Account in account settings or the account deletion page on the website. Deletion causes loss of progress and inventory. The separate Privacy and KVKK Notice explains how data is processed. Accepting these terms does not give marketing permission.
